In a shocking incident, a group of anti-social elements shouting slogans entered the Vijaynath temple in Chhibramau and started breaking the murti-s of Hindu deities. Meanwhile, some devotees arrived and the agitating group escaped, out of which one youth was caught and handed over to the police. The Vijaynath temple is situated at the main Vijaypal square of Chhibramau, in which Shivling, Nandi and Nagraj are seated.
