Umesh Kolhe beheaded for supporting Nupur Sharma [ Maharashtra, India]

Umesh Kolhe, a medical professional was beheaded by Islamists, on June 21, in  Amaravati, Maharashtra, for allegedly supporting Nupur Sharma through a social media post.

Around 10:30 P.M., Abdul (24), Shoaib Khan(22), Mudassir Ahmed Sheikh Ibrahim (22)  and Shah Rukh Pathan Hidayat Khan (24), slit Kolhe’s throat in front of his son and daughter-in-law.

Kolhe owned Amit Veterinary Medical located in Rachnashri Mall opposite the Amravati Tehsil office. The murderers not only confessed to their crime but also admitted to having recced Umesh Kolhe and kept an eye on his day-to-day activities for the last few days before the murder.

That unfortunate night, Kolhe had shut his shop and left for home in his moped bike while his son Sanket and daughter-in-law Vaishnavi followed him in another two-wheeler. They were headed from the medical store towards home when they reached the lane going from Prabhat Chowk to Shyam Chowk.

The four Islamists attacked Umesh with a knife when Sanket and his wife were only 15 feet only. Sanket rushed his father to a nearby private hospital but he was declared dead a few hours later. Umesh had 35000 rupees on his person but the attackers didn’t rob him. The murder caused panic among the Hindu retailers in the area.

The Islamists are on a wild murder spree in the name of being hateful to Nupur Sharma. If Sharma is guilty the laws of the country are strong enough to punish her according. India goes on by one book: the Constitution; while the murders go on by yet another hauled up deep inside the heart and soul of the lethal minority.
