According to Tarique Rahman, co-convener of the Bangladesh Gono Odhikar Parishad and a key adviser to Nurul Haque Nur, the scriptures of the Hindu Dharma are pornographic and do not provide any moral teaching.
In Facebook live, Tarique Rehman spewed venom against Hindus. He said, “Scriptures of the Hindu religion do not offer any moral teaching — all the religious scriptures are porn scripts.”
When the video was circulated on social media, Rehman’s like-minded people appealed to wipe out Hindus in their attempt to stop the creation of this nation from Pakistan in 1971.
Although, the rights of the Hindus in Bangladesh, is quite sleek and restrained, the party has nothing to afraid of and is working to come into power in 2024, with the same anti-Hindu thoughts.
