Rahul Bhat: a Kashmiri Pandit, shot dead in broad daylight [Jammu & Kashmir, India]

Islamic militants shot a Kashmiri Pandit employee, Rahul Bhat inside the Tehsildar office, Chadoora in central Kashmir’s Budgam district, on May 12, said a police spokesperson.

A police spokesperson identified the victim. Bhat was immediately rushed to the hospital. Hours later, he succumbed to his injuries.

Though the area has been sealed to catch hold of the hiding militants, there is no further news.
