Missionary school insults students for wearing rakhis [ Karnataka, India ]

A Missionary school, Infant Mary’s English Medium School in Katipalla in Mangaluru, Karnataka, forced students to remove the Rakhis tied to their wrists and threw them in the dustbin. The Hindu students were further humiliated for celebration of the Hindu festival.

Reportedly, on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, the students reached the school wearing Rakhis. Objecting to the same, some teachers forced the children to remove the Rakhis and threw them. The children went home and informed about the same to their parents.

The attacks on the Hindu community by the missionary schools has been going since these institutions have set place in the country.
