Maa Kali temple vandalised by government officials [ Panchagarh , Bangladesh ]

On September 12, 2022 Bangladesh, government officials vandalised a temple of Maa Kali. The incident took place  in Bhaulaganj Bazar 1 No. Chilahati Union of Debiganj Upazila of Panchagarh District of Bangladesh.

According to the local Hindus, the attack was led by local land office officials Belal Hussain and Haider Ali. When the temple committee people tried to stop it, the land officer, Belal Hossain, became furious.

the local people are occupying the temple site and building a land office there, said the temple committee. In the hope of justice the temple committee filed a case in the court, the verdict of which is yet to be decided. Howveer, it wasn’t enough to pause the local Jihadi’s.

Local miscreants led by land officers Belal Hossain and Haider Ali attacked.

The attack has instigated fear amongst the Hindus.
