Hindu minor threatened to convert to Islam [ Uttrakhand, India ]

In Uttrakhand, a Muslim man threatened a Hindu minor girl to convert to Islam. As is common in most of the cases of Love Jihad, the man befriended her under a false identity.

Reportedly, the man approached the girl on social media where he introduced himself as Kabir Bhatia. He took the opportunity to lure the child into his trap. On September 19, the man called the girl to a friend’s house for a party. There he deceptively took her to the bedroom where he sexually assaulted her.

He recorded the whole incident and later, used the video to blackmail her. Further, he also used it to rape her several times.

After a few days, the victim girl learned that the accused who had introduced himself as Kabir Bhati was a Muslim. He then threatened the girl to convert her religion to Islam and said that she would die if she refused to convert. He also asked the girl to keep shut her mouth.

When she was staunch about not converting to Islam, on September 24, he sent the videos  to the girl child’s elder sister and threatened that the victim girl would face the worst consequences if she did not convert to Islam.
