For MP Mahua Moitra, Maa ‘Kaali is a meat-eating, alcohol-accepting goddess’ [ West Bengal, India]

Responding to a question at the media event, All India Trinamool Congress (TMC) party Lok Sabha MP Mahua Moitra, said, “You have the freedom to imagine your goddess. To me, Kaali is a meat-eating, alcohol-accepting goddess. There are some places where whiskey is offered to gods and in some other places it would be blasphemy.”

Moitra was in support of Leena Manimekali, who had committed a grave act of sacrilege against the Hindu dharma, by showing its deity Maa Kaali, as a smoker, holding a cigarette to her mouth to promote her upcoming film.

Some Hindus took to Twitter to criticise the MP for her blasphemous words. Soon, she blamed it all on “Sanghis” for lying and said that backed any film or poster or mentioned the word smoking.

Mahua also asked people to visit Maa Kali in Tarapith to see what food and drink is offered as bhog at that temple.

TMC has come out to wash hands off their MP’s heinous Hindu hating head. Such people are elected by the people for them. If this remains to be the quality of leaders of Bengal, the transformation into a Bangladesh will be accelerated by leaps and bounds.
