550 year-old, Ma buri Kali temple looted [ Chattagram, Bangladesh ]

On 13 January, the Ma buri Kali temple in Chattagram, Bangladesh was looted by unidentified miscreants. The thieves took all the gold ornaments and other valuable things of the temple.

It was only in the morning that the Hindus came to know of the theft. Gold ornaments of idol, money from donation box and gold ornaments from a steel box were taken away.

Ma buri Kali temple is situated at Dhalghat area under Patia Upozila of Chattragram district. The temple is around 550 years old. The temple is a famous Shaktipeeth and was established by Raja Ram Dutta.
