At around 6 in the evening on 14th October, a ‘notice’ from the Islamic radicalists in the valley was found which threatened Hindu and Sikh families to leave their homes in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district. “All Hindu and Sikh communities are reminded to vacate this area as soon as possible. Otherwise you will have to pay a heavy price,” read the message in Urdu written on the posters.

A poster was also put up at the main gate of Geeta Bhawan, the house of activist Mahinder Piyasa. One was found at the house of a person named Kishore Kumar while the other was found at the residence of Sujan Singh.
The terrorist group People’s Anti-Fascist Front (PAFF) had earlier threatened a major attack in a dangerous message uploaded on social media in April this year and expressed its intention to carry out terror attacks in Jammu and Delhi. It threatened to spill blood in the streets, referring to ‘outsiders’, that is the followers of the Sanatan Dharma to live in their motherland.
It is important to note that the terrorist outfit is supported by Mohammad Masood Azhar’s terrorist organization, Jaish-e-Mohammed. It has dared to repeatedly threatened the government and the army.
